Who is responsible for your data

While Revolution Agency's incorporation in Peru completes, the controller and operator of this site is Corentin Pinel, Peruvian taxpayer registration (RUC) 10490823153. Revolution Agency S.A.C. will be substituted as controller upon registration. For anything related to your data, write to contact@revolutionagency.ai.

What we collect and where it goes

Contact form, ROI calculator and AI readiness check submissions (name, email, company, message and the inputs you enter into the tools) are stored in the site's database hosted on Railway (United States), forwarded to our workflow tool n8n, and sent to us by email via Resend (United States). We use them only to respond to your request and follow up on it.

AI agent conversations (/labs/ai-agent): your messages are sent to Anthropic's API (United States) to generate the responses, and conversation transcripts may be stored in our database to improve the service and to follow up when you share contact details. We do not use your conversations to train models.

Scheduling: booking a call happens on Calendly (United States) and is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy. The WhatsApp contact link opens WhatsApp (Meta), governed by its own policy.

Hosting and technical logs: this site runs on Railway (United States). Server logs are retained for a limited time for security and debugging purposes.

Cookies

This site uses a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember your language preference. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers at this time.

International transfers

Your data is processed on servers located in the United States by the providers listed above. We rely on contractual safeguards with these providers to protect it.

Your rights

We align our practices with Peruvian Law 29733 (Ley de Proteccion de Datos Personales) and, for visitors in the European Union, with the GDPR. If you are in Peru, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to contact@revolutionagency.ai. If you are in the EU, you can request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, at the same address.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as needed to handle your request or our relationship with you, then we delete it.
