For clients in the European Union, the contracting party is Corentin Hualpa (trade name), sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under the name Corentin Pinel, SIREN 912 751 542, 1 allée des Charmes, 44380 Pornichet, France, who also operates this site.

For clients outside the European Union and outside Latin America, the contracting party is the French sole trader, and French law applies.

Applicable law

For clients in Peru and Latin America, these terms are governed by Peruvian law; failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Lima, Peru will have jurisdiction.

For visitors and clients in the European Union, they are governed by French law; failing an amicable settlement, the French courts will have jurisdiction.

For clients outside the European Union and outside Latin America, the contracting party is the French sole trader, and French law applies.

In every case, any dispute is first addressed in good faith, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
