AUTOMATION · SELF-HOSTED n8n · OWNED
Zapier is rent you never stop paying. We build you an asset you own.
We automate the repetitive work your team does by hand, on self-hosted n8n where the data and the logic stay yours. Every workflow is priced on the time it gives back, not on hours we bill.
The most expensive process is the one nobody measures
Repetitive manual work doesn't show up as a line item. It shows up as your team's evenings.
Copying data between two systems, routing requests by hand, processing the same documents every week: each task looks small, and together they quietly eat entire days. Worse, manual work fails silently: the typo, the forgotten follow-up, the lead that never got logged.
Per-task automation SaaS fixes part of it and creates a new problem: a rent indexed on your growth, with your data and your logic living in someone else's platform.
Our approach: self-hosted, owned, monitored
We build end-to-end workflows on self-hosted n8n: triggers, conditional routing, error handling, monitoring. Your data residency stays under your control, which matters for sensitive customer data in LatAm, and custom code nodes take over where off-the-shelf isn't enough.
AI steps go inside the flow only where they earn their place (classify, extract, draft, summarize), never for show. Every workflow ships with logging and alerts, so a failed run pings us instead of failing silently. LLM and API usage is billed as transparent pass-through, separate from our build fee. And where lower volume makes a managed tool cheaper, we'll tell you so.
What you get
- End-to-end workflows on self-hosted n8n: triggers, conditional routing, error handling, monitoring.
- AI steps inside the flow where they earn their place: classify, extract, draft, summarize.
- Data residency you control, plus custom code nodes when off-the-shelf isn't enough.
- Clear logging and alerts: a failed run pings us, it never fails silently.
- LLM and API usage billed as transparent pass-through, separate from our build fee.
Typical use cases
Stack as proof
At real volume, self-hosted n8n typically beats per-task SaaS on cost, data residency and control. You own the engine.
See it in context
Automation rarely lives alone: in our strongest projects it routes and logs what an agent handles, and feeds the dashboard that makes it visible. Browse the work to see the full loop.

Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?
At real volume, self-hosted n8n usually wins on cost, data residency and control, and you own the engine instead of renting it. When your volume is low enough that a managed tool is cheaper, we'll tell you so.
What happens when a workflow fails at 2am?
It pings us, it doesn't fail silently. Every workflow ships with logging, monitoring and alerts, and under a support retainer we fix it before it becomes your problem.
Which process should we automate first?
The one with the highest volume x repetitiveness x error cost, which is rarely the one people guess. That's exactly what the free AI readiness check ranks for you.
